The Private Dining Room has a room hire fee of £1,000 including VAT and requires a minimum food & beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on food and beverage. The minimum spend gives you flexibility to build your own tailor-made package but may not be the final cost depending on your requirements.

What capacity does the Private Dining Room accommodate for seated events?

The Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 40 guests for seated dining events. This space is ideal for intimate corporate dinners, private parties, and client entertainment events.

Are there any mandatory additional costs beyond the room hire and minimum spend?

Yes, for all events over 50 guests, security is mandatory at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. A 10% service charge applies to all food and beverage consumption, which is excluded from the minimum spend requirement.

What dining options and catering packages are available?

The venue offers flexible dining options including three-course meals, sharing-style food, and Christmas packages at £145 per person (minimum 100 guests). They can accommodate special dietary requirements including halal catering options and alcohol-free events with bespoke mocktail menus.

How far in advance do I need to book and what is the holding policy?

Quotes are offered on a joint option basis initially, meaning the space is not on hold and may be offered to other clients on the same dates. You must inform them immediately if you want a provisional hold placed on the booking, and rates are valid for 5 working days only.

What are the typical event timings and access arrangements?

Private dining events typically run from 18:30 to midnight, though timings can be flexible. For events requiring setup, access can be arranged from earlier in the day, with some events allowing access from 4pm for evening functions starting around 7pm.

What AV equipment and presentation facilities are included?

The dining spaces include screens, projectors, microphones, and PA systems. For presentations during dining events, they can provide lapel microphones, hand-held microphones, and AV assistance on the day of your event.

Can the Private Dining Room accommodate themed events and special celebrations?

Yes, the venue can accommodate themed dinner parties, Christmas celebrations, engagement parties, and corporate entertainment. They offer Christmas packages with decorations, crackers, and festive menus, and can customize events with special lighting, entertainment space, and bespoke menu options.
