Frequently asked questions

The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and requires a minimum food & beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on food & beverage. The minimum spend gives you flexibility to build your own tailor-made package but the actual spend could be higher depending on your requirements.

The Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 40 guests for dining events. The space is designed for seated dining arrangements and is ideal for intimate dinners, private celebrations, and corporate dining events.

Yes, halal catering options are available upon request. The venue can also accommodate completely alcohol-free events with bespoke mocktail menus, making it suitable for clients requiring these specific dietary and beverage requirements.

Events typically run from 18:30 to midnight for evening functions, though timings can be flexible. Setup access can be arranged from earlier in the day, with some events requiring 4 hours of setup time before the event start.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For smaller dining events under 50 guests, security requirements may vary and should be confirmed during booking.

Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with minimum chargeable numbers of 100 attendees. The package includes glass of prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine, half bottle of water, coffee and mince pies, black linen, centrepiece decorations, and May Fair Christmas crackers.

Quotes are offered on a joint option basis (first-come-first-serve) and are not automatically held. You must request a provisional hold to secure the space, and rates are valid for 5 working days before the hotel reserves the right to re-quote.

Beyond the £1,000 room hire and £4,000 minimum food & beverage spend, expect a 10% service charge on all food and beverage. VAT is included in quoted prices, and security may be required for larger events at £30 per hour with a 6-hour minimum.

The dining spaces have access to screens and presentation equipment, though specific AV requirements should be discussed during booking. Additional AV packages may be available at extra cost depending on your presentation needs.
