Private Suite 2 is individually designed in a signature colour to make the most of the natural daylight and contemporary design. The room can host up to 18 guests and is located in a private self-contained area on the mezzanine floor making it easy to hold separate meetings in close proximity.



Frequently asked questions

The Private Dining Room has a room hire fee of £1,000 and requires a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The minimum spend gives you flexibility to build your own package but the actual cost may be higher depending on your requirements.

The Crystal Ballroom accommodates up to 230 guests in theatre setup. The May Fair Theatre seats 201 guests maximum. The Danziger Suite can host up to 220 guests in theatre layout but cannot accommodate 220 for seated functions.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. You need 1 security guard per 50-100 guests, so events with 50-100 attendees require one guard minimum.

The May Fair Theatre offers a Screening Package at £2,200 inclusive of VAT and a Q&A Package at £650 inclusive of VAT. The theatre includes an 8m screen and PA system as standard equipment.

The Day Delegate Rate costs £120 per person per day with a minimum of 90 attendees. It includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water during meetings, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

Private Suites 1, 2, and 3 are each available for £2,000 inclusive of VAT as breakout rooms. The venue has multiple meeting spaces available, with Private Suite 2 specifically accommodating up to 18 guests in a self-contained mezzanine area.

Quotes are offered on a 'joint option' basis (first-come-first-serve to multiple clients) and rates are valid for 5 working days. If not accepted within this timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. Spaces are not automatically held until you request a provisional hold.

Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with a minimum of 100 attendees. The package includes prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine, half bottle of water, coffee and mince pies, black linen decorations, and Christmas crackers.

All filming events require completion of a pre-approval filming form that must be submitted and approved by the hotel prior to booking. The venue can accommodate dry hire filming setups including stage requirements for auditorium-style productions.

A 10% service charge applies to all Food & Beverage purchases. Some quotes mention 12.5% service charge, so this may vary by event type or package. Service charges are applied exclusively to F&B and are separate from room hire fees and other venue charges.
