Dry hire packages start from £10,000.00 and can go up to £14,000.00 inclusive of VAT depending on the space and event requirements. The venue offers various dining spaces including the Cambria Suite (up to 100 guests for dinner, 80 for dinner dance), Cornwall Suite (up to 250 guests for banquet dinner, 200 for dinner dance), and Edinburgh Suite (up to 200 for banquet, 160 for dinner dance).

The standard banquet package is £126.00 per person including VAT, which includes glass of sparkling wine, three course dinner, half bottle of house wine, coffee and petit fours, mineral water, and room hire from 18:00-01:00. Christmas packages are available at £112.00 per person (reduced from £190.00) and include additional festive elements like Christmas novelties, traditional room decoration, and DJ with dance floor until 1am.

Yes, security is compulsory for all events at £29.40 per hour inclusive of VAT. For 1-200 guests, 2 guards are required; 201-400 guests require 4 guards; 401-600 guests require 6 guards. There's a minimum 4-hour booking requirement and security must be paid no later than 1 month prior to the event.

For ticketed events, all tickets must be pre-purchased and the venue does not allow tickets to be sold on the night. This policy applies to all events regardless of size or type.

The Cambria Suite accommodates up to 100 guests for dinner or 80 for dinner dance. The Cornwall Suite can host up to 250 for banquet dinner or 200 for dinner dance. The Edinburgh Suite holds up to 200 for banquet or 160 for dinner dance. All dining spaces have natural daylight, disabled access, and can be combined with adjacent reception areas.

Early access to dining spaces is available for an additional charge. For example, early access to the Cambria Suite from 17:00 costs £3,500.00 VAT exempt. Standard room hire typically runs from 18:00-01:00, so any access before 18:00 incurs additional fees.

Beyond the standard banquet package, the venue offers various add-ons including unlimited drinks packages (1 hour £25.00, 2 hours £45.00, 3 hours £70.00 per person), with Prosecco upgrades available for an additional £10.00 per person. Post-meeting minimum F&B spends are also available, typically requiring £3,000-£5,000 minimum spend with at least 50% on food.

The venue holds provisional bookings on a joint 1st option basis, but these require decisions within specific timeframes. Booking holdings are released if no updates are received, and the venue typically requires confirmation decisions by specified deadlines (such as 1pm on a particular date) or the booking will be automatically released.

Banquet packages typically require minimum numbers around 50-100 guests depending on the space and package selected. For example, Christmas banquet packages show minimums of 100 guests, while some smaller dining spaces may accommodate events from 50 guests minimum.

Basic AV equipment like flipcharts and standard projectors may be included in some packages, but upgrades and additional AV equipment incur extra charges. LCD projector and screen upgrades are available from £195.00 inclusive of VAT, and bigger screen upgrades are recommended for larger dining events at additional cost.
