The Meston Suite accommodates 70 theatre, 32 U-shape, 48 cabaret, 72 banqueting, 45 classroom, or 80 reception. The Gladstone Library holds 160 cabaret. The Whitehall Suite accommodates 150 dinner & dance or 280 reception. The River Room holds 70 theatre, 48 cabaret, 72 banqueting, or 80 reception.

Silver Package: £35 per person for one hour of house wine, beer and soft drinks, or £55 with spirits and Prosecco. Gold Package: £55-£65 per person for two hours. Diamond Package: £85-£90 per person for three hours. Champagne Package: £95-£110 per person for three hours including house champagne. Individual bottles start from £43 house wine, £48 sparkling wine, £80 champagne, and £7 bottled beer.

The Whitehall Suite and Reception have restricted access via stairs only. Site visits can be arranged and are encouraged, with availability typically from 10am to 4:30pm on weekdays. The venue requires calendar invites for confirmed site visits and asks visitors to check in with reception for meetings and events staff.

Events typically run from 8:30am-5pm for day events, 6pm-11pm for evening events, or 9am-5pm for conferences. Evening filming rates apply from 6:30pm-11pm at reduced costs (£700 vs full day rates). The venue operates full-day hire only for filming, not half-day rates.
