The Large Pension Room costs £1,450+VAT for weekdays (8:00-17:00) and £1,595+VAT for Sundays. Charity organizations receive a 10% discount, bringing the weekday rate to £1,305+VAT. There is usually an extra charge for use after 5pm, though this may be waived on occasion.

Two main packages are offered: Package 1 at £55+VAT per person includes tea/coffee/pastries on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, gourmet sandwich lunch with crisps and fruit, and afternoon tea/coffee/cake.
