Provisional bookings are typically held for 7 days from the quote date. If you don't confirm and sign a contract within this timeframe, the space will be automatically released. Some quotes may have shorter validity periods of 2 days, so check your specific proposal carefully.

For larger spaces like Remix 1+2, there is a minimum food and beverage spend of £2,500 in addition to the room hire fee. This must be met through catering orders from the venue's menu options.

Room hire varies significantly by space and demand. Studio spaces range from £450-£1,350 per day (often with reductions from higher rates), while larger spaces like Remix 1+2 cost £3,150 per day (reduced from £3,700). The Arena costs £5,000 for dry hire accommodating up to 350 theatre style or 162 with round tables.

Day Delegate Packages start at £75-£90 per person including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, room hire, and basic AV. Individual items include unlimited tea/coffee at £17.50 per person, sandwich lunch at £17.50 per person, and restaurant lunch at £29 per person.

Basic room hire includes WiFi, 85" TV with HDMI cable, screen/projector, and flipchart. Additional AV is hired from external trusted suppliers: PA systems from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and large conference live streaming equipment from £3,300-£3,500 per day.
