The Arena accommodates up to 350 people in theatre style or 162 with round tables. Remix 1+2 can hold up to 200 people in theatre style or 135 in cabaret setup (9 people per table). Studio 1 accommodates up to 100 people in theatre setup. Smaller meeting rooms typically hold 10-50 people depending on layout.

Day Delegate Packages start at £75-£85 per person (minimum 90-250 people depending on room) and include arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, room hire, and AV equipment. Individual catering options include unlimited tea/coffee at £17.50 per person, sandwich lunch at £17.50 per person, and restaurant lunch at £29 per person. Canapes start at £16 for 4 items per person.

Some rooms require minimum food and beverage spend (e.g., Remix 1+2 has a £2,500 minimum spend). PA systems cost an additional £540-£750, and microphones are £90-£100 each. Initial proposals are typically valid for 7 days, after which spaces are automatically released if not confirmed. External catering requires at least two weeks advance notice for approval. If bringing external AV equipment, you must provide PAT test forms, RAM test, and liability insurance documentation. The venue works with trusted AV suppliers but allows external providers with proper certification. Simple items like sandwiches may only require a signed form.

To confirm a booking, you must provide full name of contract signatory, email address, phone number, company name, and company address.
