Catering options include tea/coffee service (£4-£7 per person per serving), unlimited daily tea/coffee (£17.50 per person), sandwich lunch (£17.50 per person), and restaurant lunch (£29 per person). Some larger spaces require minimum food and beverage spends of £2,500-£4,000 depending on the room.
What capacity limits apply to different room setups for corporate events?
The Arena accommodates up to 350 people in theatre style or 162 with round tables. Remix 1+2 can hold up to 200 people in theatre style or 135 in cabaret setup (9 people per table). Smaller studios accommodate 10-100 people depending on the specific room and layout chosen.
What audio-visual equipment is available and what are the additional costs?
Basic AV (85'' TV with HDMI, screen, LCD projector) is included in room hire. Additional equipment costs include PA systems from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and AV technicians from £650 per day. Large conference live-streaming setups cost £3,300-£3,500 per day.
Can I bring my own AV equipment and what documentation is required?
Yes, you can supply your own AV equipment at no additional cost. However, each item must be provided with a PAT test certificate, RAM test, and liability insurance documentation before the event.
