Capacity varies significantly by room and setup: Studio 1 accommodates up to 100 people in theatre style, Remix 1+2 holds up to 200 in theatre or 135 in cabaret (9 people per table), and smaller meeting rooms accommodate 10-50 people depending on configuration. The Arena can hold up to 350 in theatre style but only 162 with round tables.

Day Delegate Packages cost £75-£85 per person with minimum guaranteed numbers of 90-250 people depending on the event. This includes arrival tea/coffee with treats, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments, delegate lunch, room hire, pads/pens, mineral water, screen, LCD projector, flipchart, and VAT.

Beyond the Day Delegate Package, options include: unlimited tea/coffee throughout the day (£17.50 per person), tea/coffee with snacks (£7 per serving), sandwich lunch (£17.50 per person), restaurant lunch (£29 per person), and various breakfast items from £3.50-£22 per serving. Classic canapés cost £16 for 4 items or £23 for 6 items per person.

Basic AV (85" TV with HDMI cable, flipchart) is included in room hire. Additional equipment costs: PA system from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and large conference live-streaming equipment from £3,300-£3,500 per day. External AV equipment is permitted but requires PAT test, RAM test, and liability insurance documentation.

The Cumberland is located at Great Cumberland Place, Marble Arch, just 20 yards from Marble Arch Tube Station. The venue has 17 meeting rooms with private entrance and lift access, completely separate from the hotel's main operations. Meeting facilities include air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and state-of-the-art accessible facilities.

The Arena (23m x 18m) serves as the main exhibition space for £5,000-£6,500 room hire, accommodating up to 30 exhibition stands. Standard exhibition tables are 2m x 3m or 3m x 2m with power supply available to tables. Additional spaces like Remix 1+2 can accommodate up to 15 exhibition stands with reception layout.

Events typically run during standard business hours (9am-5pm), though evening events until midnight are possible. Some rooms have minimum guaranteed delegate numbers (e.g., 90 people for Day Delegate Packages). October availability is described as "very limited" with higher costs due to demand, while other periods may offer more flexibility and reduced rates.
