Provisional bookings are typically held for 7 days from the quote date. If you don't confirm and sign a contract within this timeframe, the space will be automatically released. Some quotes may have shorter validity periods of 2 days, so check your specific proposal carefully.

Room hire varies by space: smaller meeting rooms from £450-£550 per day, Studio 1 at £1,350 per day (reduced from £1,700), and larger spaces like Remix 1+2 at £2,950-£3,150 per day. All rates include WiFi, mineral water, 85" TV with HDMI cable, and 1 flipchart, with VAT included.

Day Delegate Packages start at £75-£85 per person (minimum 90-250 people depending on space) including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and room hire. Individual items include: unlimited tea/coffee £17.50 per person, sandwich lunch £17.50 per person, restaurant lunch £29 per person, and tea/coffee with snacks £7 per serving.

The Arena accommodates up to 350 people theatre style or 162 with round tables. Remix 1+2 holds up to 200 people theatre style or 135 people cabaret style (9 per table). Studio 1 accommodates up to 100 people theatre style, while smaller meeting rooms typically hold 10-50 people depending on layout.

Basic AV is often included (screen, projector, flipchart), but additional equipment costs extra: PA system from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and large conference live-streaming equipment from £3,300-£3,500 per day. You can bring external AV equipment but must provide PAT test, RAM test, and liability insurance forms.

External catering requires at least two weeks advance notice for approval. For simple items like sandwiches, you may only need to sign a form, but full external catering needs proper approval through their system. Short-notice requests (less than two weeks) are typically declined.

Yes, larger spaces often have minimum F&B spends. For example, Remix 1+2 has a £2,500 minimum spend on food and beverage in addition to the room hire fee. Some evening events may have minimum spends of £4,000 for catering packages.

The venue pays 10% commission on gross rates to booking agents. This is clearly stated in proposals and factored into the pricing structure for events booked through intermediaries.

Yes, spaces can be held on shared option, meaning multiple clients may be holding the same dates. The first client to request and sign a contract secures the space on a definite basis. Shared options typically have longer validity periods than first options.

Events typically run during standard business hours with setup time included in the day rate. For events requiring extended setup (like evening parties with live bands), additional setup time may need to be arranged and could incur extra charges.
