Day Delegate Packages start at £75-£85 per person (minimum 90-250 people depending on space) including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and room hire. Individual items include: unlimited tea/coffee £17.50 per person, sandwich lunch £17.50 per person, restaurant lunch £29 per person, and tea/coffee with snacks £7 per serving.
What are the capacity limits for different room setups?
The Arena accommodates up to 350 people theatre style or 162 with round tables. Remix 1+2 holds up to 200 people theatre style or 135 people cabaret style (9 per table). Studio 1 accommodates up to 100 people theatre style, while smaller meeting rooms typically hold 10-50 people depending on layout.
What are the audio-visual equipment costs and requirements?
Basic AV is often included (screen, projector, flipchart), but additional equipment costs extra: PA system from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and large conference live-streaming equipment from £3,300-£3,500 per day.
