With 414 m2 of space, The Arena is our largest event room. With our proximity to Oxford Street and Hyde Park, this is a very popular room for larger events. Benefiting from super AV and fast WiFi, the room provides a great backdrop for meetings and events. Syndicate space to support delegate management within this space is excellent, with the Tyburn Rooms 1 & 2 providing great break-out and private dining options




Frequently asked questions

Room hire rates vary by space and date, with examples including £450-£550 per day for smaller meeting rooms (10-12 people), £1,350-£2,950 per day for mid-size spaces (50-100 people), and £5,000-£6,500 for The Arena (up to 350 people). October availability is limited and results in higher costs due to demand.

Initial proposals are typically valid for 7 days, after which spaces are automatically released if not confirmed. Some bookings are placed on 'shared option' meaning multiple clients may be holding the same dates, with the first to sign a contract securing the space. Commission is paid at 10% on gross rates where applicable.

Tea and coffee without snacks costs £4 per person per serving, tea/coffee with snacks £7 per person, unlimited tea/coffee throughout the day £17.50 per person, sandwich lunch £17.50 per person, and restaurant lunch £29 per person. Day Delegate Packages start from £75-£85 per person including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, room hire, and basic AV equipment.

The Arena accommodates up to 350 people in theatre style or 162 with round tables, while Remix 1+2 can hold up to 200 people in theatre style or 135 in cabaret setup (9 people per table). Studio spaces typically accommodate 100 people maximum in theatre style, with smaller meeting rooms suitable for 10-12 people in boardroom setup.

Basic room hire includes 85" TV with HDMI cable, screen/projector, flipchart, and complimentary WiFi. Additional AV costs include PA system from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and AV technician from £650 per day. Large conference live streaming equipment costs £3,300-£3,500 per day for up to 5 cameras.

External catering requires at least two weeks advance notice for necessary approvals. For simple items like sandwiches, a form must be signed acknowledging you're bringing external food. Kitchen access is not provided for external caterers, and short-notice requests (less than two weeks) are typically declined.

Some larger spaces require minimum food and beverage spend (e.g., £2,500 minimum spend mentioned for Remix 1+2 at £3,150 room hire). Exhibition space in The Arena costs £6,500 for up to 30 stands, with 2m x 3m or 3m x 2m table configurations available. All rates are inclusive of VAT.

External AV equipment is permitted but requires PAT test certification, RAM test, and liability insurance documentation for each item. There are no additional costs for using your own equipment, but all safety certifications must be provided in advance of the event.

The venue offers multiple breakout rooms including Studios 3, 6, 8, and 10 at approximately £500-£1,000 per room. The Tyburn Rooms 1 & 2 provide breakout and private dining options to support The Arena. Smaller meeting rooms can accommodate 10-40 people in various configurations including boardroom, classroom, and cabaret styles.

Booking options automatically expire if not confirmed within the validity period (typically 7 days). Any changes to event specifications may result in requoting. The venue reserves the right to release spaces or offer them on shared option to other bookers if contracts are not signed within the specified timeframe.
