Room hire rates vary by space: Bond Street £750 per evening (reduced from £950), Green Park £750 per day (reduced from £1050), and Hyde Park from £3000-£5000 depending on requirements. Bond Street accommodates up to 70 people banquet style (10 per table) or 100 theatre style, while Hyde Park can host up to 300 people for dinner events with flexible configurations.

Bond Street has a minimum catering spend of £900 for evening events. All catering must be sourced through the venue's in-house team, and a 13.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage orders.

Drink packages include: 1-hour house wine, beer, and soft drinks for £28 per person; 1-hour with spirits for £49 per person; 2-hour with spirits for £89 per person. Individual drinks: house wine £32 per bottle (£10 per glass), sparkling wine £28 per bottle (£9 per glass), champagne £90 per bottle (£15 per glass), beer £6 per bottle. All drink prices include 13.5% service charge.

Signed contracts and payment must be received by 14:00 BST on specified deadlines (typically 7-14 days from quote) or bookings are automatically released. Provisional holds are valid for 7 days only, after which the venue reserves the right to offer the space to other clients.

Evening events typically run from 18:30-19:00 access until midnight. Day delegate packages cover 9:00-17:00, with additional evening hire available. Setup time and extended hours may incur additional charges depending on requirements.

All spaces include complimentary Wi-Fi, plasma TV screens with HDMI cables, and basic presentation equipment. Hyde Park features built-in screens, dimmable lighting, air conditioning, and an adjoining dining area (Albert Hall). Additional AV requirements like PA systems start from £750, microphones from £100, and AV technicians from £750.

All catering and beverages must be provided by the venue's in-house team - external catering and alcohol are not permitted. The venue can accommodate special dietary requirements including halal, vegan, and gluten-free options, though these should be discussed during the booking process to ensure proper provision.

Park Lane ballroom (up to 240 reception capacity) can serve as exhibition/catering space for £3000-£5000. Albert Hall adjoining dining area is included with Hyde Park hire and accommodates up to 150 guests reception style with built-in bar. These spaces work well for pre-dinner drinks or post-dinner dancing.

The venue pays 10% commission on gross rates for bookings made through registered agents or event planners. This commission is calculated on the total booking value before VAT and service charges are applied.
