Hyde Park is a perfect space for corporate meetings, seminars and training programmes. The room can be split into 2 different sections and comes with built-in screens air-conditioning, dimmable lights and a hearing loop. Room hire rates vary by space: Marylebone £750 per day (reduced from £1,050), Bond Street £1,500 per day, Green Park £750 per day, and smaller rooms like Downing Street and Mayfair at £450 each. Base hire includes Wi-Fi, mineral water, 1 flipchart with pads and pens, 85" TV with HDMI cable, and VAT. The largest space Hyde Park can accommodate up to 500 people and Park Lane ballroom holds up to 280 in theatre style or 240 for receptions.

Day Delegate Packages range from £65-£89 per person depending on group size and space. Hyde Park requires minimum 150 people at £65pp (reduced from £97pp), while Park Lane requires minimum 100 people at £89pp. The package includes arrival tea/coffee with treats, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments, delegate lunch, room hire 9am-5pm, pads/pens, mineral water, screen, LCD projector, flipchart, and VAT.

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days, after which the venue reserves the right to release the space or offer it on a shared option to other bookers. To confirm bookings, you need a signed contract and payment by the specified deadline (typically given as 14:00 BST on a specific date). Rates quoted are typically valid for 1-2 weeks from the proposal date.

Individual catering includes: unlimited tea/coffee £17.50pp, tea/coffee with snacks £7pp per serving, sandwich lunch £17.50pp, restaurant lunch £29pp, and working buffet lunch £24.50pp. Canapes range from £16 (4 items) to £27.50 (6 items) for gourmet options. Breakfast items range from £3.50 for granola pots to £22 for full English breakfast. All prices include VAT and 13.5% service charge applies to drinks.

Marylebone accommodates maximum 45 people in theatre setup. Bond Street holds up to 70 people banquet style (10 per table) or 100 theatre style. Hyde Park is the largest space for up to 500 people with flexible configurations. Park Lane ballroom holds up to 280 theatre style or 240 reception style. Green Park accommodates up to 40 people theatre style, and Oxford Street holds up to 45 people theatre style.

Evening events are available with access typically from 18:30-19:00 until midnight. Bond Street evening hire is £750 (reduced from £950) with a minimum catering spend of £900. Drink packages range from £28pp (1 hour wine/beer/soft drinks) to £89pp (2 hours including spirits). House wine is £32 per bottle, champagne £90 per bottle, and beers £6 per bottle, all plus 13.5% service charge.

Standard AV includes 85" TV screens with HDMI cables, built-in screens in larger spaces, LCD projectors, and flipcharts. Hyde Park features built-in screens, dimmable lighting, and hearing loop. Park Lane has a built-in stage and projector. All spaces include unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Additional AV like PA systems start from £750, microphones from £100, and AV technicians from £750.

Evening events at Bond Street require a minimum £900 catering spend. Christmas dinner packages require minimum 120 people at £95pp (£114 including VAT). A 13.5% service charge applies to all drinks and some catering. Commission of 10% is paid on gross rates. Half-day DDR options are available at £70pp for smaller groups.

Park Lane ballroom can accommodate up to 15 exhibition stands at 3m x 2m and has an adjoining Albert Hall dining area. Hyde Park has an exclusive adjoining dining area and can be split into 2 sections. Multiple smaller rooms are available for breakouts: Green Park (40 people), Oxford Street (45 people), Downing Street and Mayfair (smaller capacities), with individual room hire at £450-£1,500 per day.

Events typically run 9am-5pm with room hire included in Day Delegate Packages. Evening events can access from 18:30-19:00 until midnight. The venue offers complete flexibility with different room configurations and state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.
