Day delegate packages are £46 per person (excluding VAT) for half-day (includes arrival breakfast OR grazing lunch, 1 snack break, unlimited teas/coffees/juices/water) and £59 per person (excluding VAT) for full-day (includes arrival breakfast AND grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, unlimited beverages). Both rates include room hire and AV equipment. Minimum 30 delegates for private room bookings, minimum 120 delegates for mainspace bookings.

The private room accommodates up to 70 delegates in theatre style, 36 delegates in cabaret style, or 28 in boardroom setup. The mainspace can accommodate up to 200 delegates in theatre style or 60 delegates in cabaret style. All setups include projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, furniture, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Business events typically run from 9am with latest finish times varying by day. On Thursdays, the venue opens to the public at 2pm, so conferences must end by 1pm or pay additional fees to extend opening hours. Events can run until 2pm on other weekdays without additional charges.

All prices exclude VAT and include a mandatory 12.5% service charge on top of the total cost. Furniture hire costs around £800 plus VAT for mainspace events (not applicable for private room bookings). Chair hire fees may apply for events requiring additional seating beyond standard capacity.

A 25% confirmation deposit is required to secure bookings. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date (28 days for full venue hires).
