The minimum spend goes entirely towards food, drinks, and activities with no separate venue hire fee.

The private room accommodates up to 100 guests standing, 70 delegates in theatre setup, 42 in cabaret seating, or 28 in boardroom style. For meetings and conferences in the mainspace, capacity is 200 delegates theatre style or 60 delegates cabaret style.
What are the payment terms and deposit requirements?
A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date, at which point it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
What equipment and facilities are included with private room hire?
The private room includes 2 ping pong tables, 1 interactive Ping Pong X table, karaoke facilities, private bar with dedicated mixologist, projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, LCD TV screen, UV lighting, and complimentary Wi-Fi. All equipment is included in the minimum spend with no additional hire fees.
What are the operating hours and any time restrictions?
Events can run until 2am maximum (not 5am as sometimes requested). On Thursdays, the venue opens to the public at 2:00 PM, so if conferences need to continue past 1:00 PM, additional fees apply to extend opening hours.
What food and beverage packages are available?
Day delegate packages are £46pp (ex VAT) for half-day (breakfast or lunch, 1 snack break, unlimited beverages) and £59pp (ex VAT) for full-day (breakfast, lunch, 2 snack breaks, unlimited beverages). Social packages are also available, with the minimum spend convertible to food, drinks, and bar tabs.
Are there minimum guest requirements for bookings?
Yes, minimum guest requirements vary by space and event type. For meetings/conferences: 30 delegates minimum for private room, 120 delegates minimum for mainspace. For social events in reserved areas like The Shore and Ditch, there's a £1,500 + VAT + 12.5% service charge minimum spend.
What additional services and costs should I budget for?
Additional costs may include: furniture hire around £800 + VAT for large events, chair hire fees for events requiring extra seating, DJ services from £250 (date dependent), Games Gurus at £5pp, and photobooth rental. A 12.5% service charge applies to all bookings.
What are the booking timeline and availability restrictions?
Availability is live and cannot be guaranteed for extended periods. Enquiries are closed if no response within 24-48 hours due to high demand. For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
Is the venue suitable for all age groups and what are the restrictions?
The venue is strictly over 18s only. This applies to all events including corporate functions, so all attendees must be 18 or older to access the venue.
