This minimum spend is on food and beverages only and excludes the mandatory 12.5% service charge.

What are the capacity limits for different seating arrangements?

The Private Dining Room accommodates up to 24 guests when booked separately, or up to 68 guests when used in conjunction with the restaurant. Theatre-style seating can accommodate up to 50 people, while the space can be configured for standing receptions with adjacent areas for larger groups.

What are the food and beverage pricing options?

Canapés are priced at £35 per person for 5 pieces or £55 per person for 10 pieces. Three-course dinner menus start from £80 per person, bowls from £40 per person, and sharing boards at £36 per person. House wine starts from £40 per bottle, house champagne from £99 per bottle, bottled beer at £8, and soft drinks from £6 per serving.

Is there a mandatory service charge and what does it cover?

Yes, a discretionary 12.5% service charge is automatically added to all food and beverage bills. This service charge is separate from and in addition to the minimum spend requirement, so it must be factored into your total budget calculations.

What audio-visual equipment is available and are there additional costs?

The room includes an in-built plasma screen and complimentary Wi-Fi. For events requiring microphones, lecterns, or additional AV equipment like speakers, these items are outsourced to external suppliers at additional cost, with quotes provided upon request based on specific requirements.

How far in advance do I need to confirm my booking?

Bookings are typically held for a limited time pending confirmation. Based on venue communications, spaces held without confirmation may be released, so prompt response to quotes and booking confirmations is essential to secure your preferred date.

Can the Private Dining Room accommodate both cocktail receptions and seated dinners?

Yes, the space is flexible and can host cocktail receptions with canapés and drinks, followed by seated dining. For larger events, the adjacent Private Dining Room can be used for reception while the main space handles seated dining, accommodating the full guest journey from arrival drinks to dinner service.

What breakfast and daytime meeting options are available?

The venue can accommodate breakfast events and all-day meetings from 8:30 AM onwards. Breakfast options include both served and buffet-style service, with tea, coffee, and networking setups available. The space can be configured in cabaret style for business meetings with full AV support.
