With its desirable location on the fringe of Hyde Park, this is an ideal setting to host international visitors.




Frequently asked questions

The Met Space has a room hire rate of £1,500.00 inc VAT per day and accommodates a maximum of 22 guests for boardroom style seating. The space includes high speed WiFi, built-in plasma screen, meeting pads and pens, and IT Butler for setup and assistance.

The Daily Delegate Package costs £130.00 per person inclusive of VAT (excluding 12.5% service charge) and includes room hire from 9:00am to 5:00pm, arrival refreshments with homemade pastries, mid-morning coffee break with muffin or fruit skewers, working lunch, afternoon coffee break with cookies, meeting stationery, WiFi internet access, and 1 flipchart.

To secure a reservation, 100% payment is required along with a signed contract. Payment details and the contract are provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all bookings regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Individual items include tea, coffee and infusions at £7.50 per serving, tea, coffee and cookies at £11.00 per serving, tea, coffee and pastries at £15.00 per serving, and source still or sparkling water (750ml) at £8.00 per bottle. A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills.

Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days, though some quotes mention specific release dates if no feedback is received. The venue will release held spaces to other interested clients if confirmation is not received by the specified deadline.

External catering is not permitted due to the hotel's health and safety regulations. The venue does not offer dry hire options and all catering must be provided by COMO Metropolitan London.

Deluxe City Rooms are available at £319.00 per room per night inc VAT for single occupancy. The hotel can accommodate overnight stays for business events requiring multi-day meetings or conferences.

The Met Space is primarily set up for boardroom style meetings with a maximum of 22 guests. Cabaret style setup is not available in this space, and the venue cannot accommodate DJs, though live music is permitted.

The Met Space includes a built-in plasma screen, high speed WiFi, and IT Butler service for setup and technical assistance. For additional AV requirements, equipment is outsourced at £600.00 inc VAT, which includes a 75" TV screen, setup and transportation.
