The only room lined with oak rather than walnut panelling, The RWB Room, named after our Chairman, Ronald Wayne Burkle, is an intimate space with period art on the walls. With an abundance of natural daylight, the space lends itself to a variety of events.

Minimum spends vary significantly by room: The Drawing Room requires £3,250 including VAT for up to 26 guests boardroom style, The RWB Room requires £2,750-£5,500 including VAT depending on capacity, The Tapestry Room requires £7,500-£15,000 including VAT for up to 80 guests, and larger combinations like The Saloon & Drawing Room require £12,500-£15,000 including VAT. All minimum spends include VAT and can be used toward food and beverage consumption.

The Tapestry Room accommodates up to 80 guests in cabaret style, 120 on round tables, or 150 in theatre layout. The Drawing Room holds up to 26 guests boardroom style or 70 standing. The RWB Room fits 26 guests boardroom style, 21 cabaret style, or 50 standing. The Saloon accommodates 70 seated or 100 standing, while The Princes Dome holds 20 seated or 50 standing.

Standard access varies by event type: meetings typically run 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm, while evening events access from 6:00pm-midnight or 6:30pm-midnight. Music must be off at midnight and cannot be extended. Some rooms offer organizer access from 5:00pm for evening events.

A mandatory 14.5% discretionary service charge applies to all food and beverage consumption. AV equipment and third-party elements like flowers are additional costs on top of the minimum spend. If the minimum spend is not met through food and beverage, the shortfall is charged as room hire.

The venue suggests multiple screens for larger rooms - for example, additional side screens are recommended in The Tapestry Room so guests at the back can see presentations clearly alongside the main front screen. All AV requirements are subject to additional charges and may affect room capacity depending on setup needs.

Full-day meeting packages typically include arrival tea/coffee with breakfast items, mid-morning tea/coffee break with food options, working lunch, afternoon tea/coffee break with food options, water throughout the day (refreshed at breaks), branded stationery and pens, plus a dedicated Events Manager on-hand throughout the day.

The venue offers 5-day optional holds upon request for confirmed availability. For certain dates, particularly midweek events, the venue may require multiday events alongside group accommodation, making single-day bookings unavailable. It's recommended to reach out 6-8 weeks prior for last-minute availability on restricted dates.

The venue typically cannot accommodate seated service menus for 90+ guests under £20,000-£40,000 budgets. For example, 90 guests requires minimum spends starting from £20,000-£40,000 including VAT, with set menus from £114-£134 per person. Smaller groups of 80 or fewer can access lower minimum spends starting from £7,500-£10,000 including VAT.

Music must be switched off at midnight with no extensions possible. The venue can accommodate DJs and live entertainment, but these are additional costs. Access for evening events typically ends at midnight, and the venue has specific policies around entertainment that must be arranged in advance.

The Princes Dome includes a private wrap-around terrace fully equipped with awnings and heaters, suitable year-round for up to 50 standing guests. The RWB Room provides access to oversized outdoor terraces. The Southeast Terrace can accommodate up to 70 guests standing and is available for combination bookings.
