Cloakroom attendants may be required for full-day events. AV services through SGR Audio Visual are additional costs. All prices are exclusive of VAT (20%). Stadium tours can be included in packages. Charity discounts may be available upon request.
Can multiple spaces be booked together and are there package discounts?
Yes, multiple spaces can be combined for larger events. Discounts of 20-25% are often applied when booking multiple rooms.
What catering packages are available and what do they cost?
Day Delegate packages range from Bronze Medal at £70pp ex VAT (includes arrival refreshments, breaks, bowl food lunch) to Gold Medal at £95pp ex VAT (includes hot fork buffet). Evening packages include bowl food at £23pp ex VAT and drinks reception at £32pp ex VAT for 2 hours. All prices exclude VAT.
What AV equipment is included and what are the additional costs?
Basic AV through partner Eclipse includes screens, projectors, PA systems and microphones. The Arnold Hills AV package costs £1,650 ex VAT. More comprehensive AV packages range from £1,650-£5,458 ex VAT depending on requirements. An AV technician can be provided for technical support.
Are there restrictions on event dates due to West Ham matches or other stadium events?
Yes, certain dates are unavailable due to pack down periods for major events like Iron Maiden concerts and West Ham United match days. The venue recommends checking availability early as stadium events can impact booking availability throughout the year.
What are the setup and access arrangements for events?
Setup can typically begin from 7-8am on event day, with some spaces allowing setup the night before for an additional charge. The venue offers easy access for load-in and coaches. Build day hire is available at approximately 70% of the live day rate.
