The Royal East costs £1,750 for 9am-5pm hire, while The Arnold Hills is £3,500 for the same period. The Forge is £6,000 for 9am-5pm, and smaller spaces like BM6 start at £787.50. All prices are exclusive of VAT and additional services are charged separately.

Day delegate packages range from Bronze Medal at £52pp (arrival refreshments, mid-morning/afternoon breaks, bowl food lunch) to Gold Medal at £103.20pp (includes breakfast rolls, cookies, chef's fork buffet with two mains). Evening reception packages start at £66pp including 1-hour drinks package and bowl food. All catering prices are exclusive of VAT.

The Royal East accommodates up to 300 for receptions, while The Arnold Hills holds 200 for cabaret style or theatre setup. The Great Briton and Academy combined can handle 300 theatre style for conferences. The Forge accommodates 170-200 people in cabaret style and up to 500 for standing receptions.

AV is provided through Eclipse, their exclusive partner. Basic packages start at £1,650 for The Arnold Hills setup including screens, projectors, and PA systems. More complex setups with multiple microphones, hearing loops, and technical support cost £1,980 and up. AV technicians can be provided for full-day events.

Standard hire periods are 9am-5pm for day events and 6pm-11pm for evening events. Setup can begin from 7am-8am with advance arrangement. Some events may require build days, which are charged at 70% of the live day rate. Pack-down periods may restrict availability on certain dates.

Cloakroom attendants cost £1,080 for a full day when required. Security and other staffing costs apply based on event type and size. All catering must be provided through the venue's approved suppliers, and external suppliers require approval and may incur additional fees.

The Royal East features an outdoor balcony leading into the stadium bowl with pitch views, the same area where Queen Elizabeth II watched the 2012 Olympics. The Arnold Hills has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the stadium with balcony access where guests can sit in the stands for photos.

Weekend availability depends on West Ham United's fixture schedule and other stadium events like concerts. Pack-down dates for major events like Iron Maiden concerts restrict availability. Events cannot be scheduled during active match days or major stadium events, so flexibility with dates is essential.

Evening packages include arrival drinks (prosecco or beer), half bottle of wine per person, and 3-course set menus starting at £110pp. Reception packages with 1-hour drinks and bowl food cost £66pp. Cash bars can be arranged after paid packages end, and DJ services plus stadium tours can be included.
