Gold Medal at £81-103.20 per person adds breakfast rolls, cookies, flowerpot muffins, and chef's fork buffet with two mains and sides. All packages include room hire of the main space.

AV is supplied through Eclipse, the venue's partner. Basic AV packages start from around £1,650 ex VAT for smaller spaces like The Arnold Hills. More comprehensive packages for larger events can cost £4,549-5,458 ex VAT and typically include screens, projectors, PA systems, microphones, and technical support throughout the event.

Events typically run from 8:30am-5pm, with access available from 7am for setup. Build days can be arranged the day before events for an additional cost. Setup for The Forge costs £4,200 ex VAT, while other spaces have proportional setup fees ranging from £787.50-2,450 ex VAT.

Cloakroom attendants cost £1,080 for a full day (7am-5pm). VAT at 20% applies to all charges. If using external suppliers for AV or other services, additional costs may apply, though the venue prefers using their approved partner Eclipse for AV requirements.

The venue is unavailable during West Ham United home matches and major events like concerts (Iron Maiden was mentioned as causing unavailability during pack-down dates). Event dates may need to be flexible to avoid these blackout periods, and early booking is recommended to secure preferred dates.

The venue operates through Delaware North for catering and strongly encourages using their in-house catering services. External catering may be restricted or require approval.
