Each Studio space is an ideal setting for private lunches and dinners. With a total of 6 Studio Spaces available, inter-connecting walls can be removed to open the space into one larger room, accommodating up to 50pax on round tables for lunch or dinner, or up to 250pax when combining all six Studio Spaces with the ME Room. Our Studio space comes complete with all furniture, linen and table centrepieces, as well as elegant uplighting and built in speakers for background music.



Frequently asked questions

Room hire alone starts around £10,000, with catering costs additional. The venue has indicated that budgets below £10,000 are too low for their requirements. Total event costs will depend on guest numbers, menu selection, and additional services required.

The Studio spaces can accommodate up to 50 guests on round tables for lunch or dinner when configured as a dining space. When all six Studio spaces are combined with the ME Room, the total capacity increases to 250 guests for larger events.

All furniture and linen are included in the hire, along with table centrepieces and elegant uplighting. The spaces come with built-in speakers for background music and can be configured with round tables for intimate dining experiences.

Yes, the six Studio spaces have inter-connecting walls that can be removed to create one larger dining room. This flexibility allows you to scale from intimate dinners for smaller groups up to larger celebrations accommodating significantly more guests.

In-house catering is provided by the hotel with a selection of menus for various occasions. The venue offers everything from corporate lunch networking menus to three-course festive menus, with options for arrival drinks, wine pairings, and special dietary requirements.

For events within a month, confirmation is required within 24 hours of receiving the proposal. The venue typically holds space for one week while you review proposals, but this may be shorter for last-minute bookings or high-demand dates.

The Christmas package is £140 per person for a 3-hour slot and includes arrival glass of Champagne, three-course festive menu, half bottle of wine per person, still and sparkling water, tea and coffee, Christmas crackers, and room hire.

The venue allows external entertainment packages including dance floors, DJs, and additional lighting options. However, specific policies on external suppliers and any associated fees would need to be confirmed directly with the venue for your particular requirements.

The spaces feature built-in AV including screens, projectors, and speakers for background music. For more complex requirements, additional AV packages are available including microphones, staging, uplighters, and on-site technicians.

The Day Delegate Rate starts at £110 per person (minimum 90 guests) and includes room hire, basic AV equipment, arrival and break refreshments, corporate lunch, and a dedicated event planner. Higher-tier packages at £132-£220 per person include additional services and catering options.

Located on the lower ground floor, beneath the elegant hotel lobby, the ME London event space consists of 7 versatile and chic event spaces which can open out into one large space, accommodating up to 300 guests. Stylish decor including wooden paneled walls, a marble reception and built in AV makes the event space ideal for intimate day meetings, as well as larger lunches, receptions and gala dinners. In-house catering is provided by the hotel, with a tasty selection of menus for any occasion.
