Each of our Studio spaces is ideal for meetings from 15 - 80pax.

DDR rates are available, to include breakfast, lunch, refreshments as well as AV, furniture and staffing.

For meetings requiring break-out space, we have a total of 6 Studio spaces available.

Inter-connecting walls can be removed to open the individual Studio spaces up into one larger space.




Frequently asked questions

The venue has a minimum budget requirement of £10,000 for room hire alone, with additional costs for catering. Events with budgets significantly below this threshold are typically declined as being too low for the venue's pricing structure.

DDR packages are available starting from £95 per person for basic packages, with premium options at £110-£132 per person depending on requirements. The DDR includes main plenary room hire, screen and projector, flipchart, eco stationery, arrival and break refreshments, corporate lunch, still and sparkling water, and a dedicated event planner.

The ME Room can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style seating. When combined with all Studios (1-6), the total space of 444.56 square meters can accommodate up to 250 guests for larger events.

There are 6 Studio spaces available for breakout sessions. Studios 4, 5, and 6 can each accommodate up to 20 guests in boardroom setup, while individual Studios can host 15-80 guests depending on the specific space and layout requirements.

The Always ME AV package includes 1 microphone, 3mx2m black stage, on-site technician, background music, uplighters, beam lights, speakers, and coffee chairs with table. Additional AV requirements can be accommodated with pricing starting from approximately £1,139 for basic packages.

In-house catering is provided with various menu options. There are minimum spend requirements for food and beverage, typically starting around £7,000 for larger events. DDR packages include corporate lunch, arrival refreshments, and tea/coffee breaks throughout the day.

For events within a month of the requested date, confirmation is required within 24 hours. The venue can hold space for up to one week while clients make their decision, but will release space if no response is received by specified deadlines.

The venue allows external AV suppliers to be brought in for events. Specific buyout fees and restrictions should be confirmed directly with the venue as policies may vary depending on the scope of external equipment and setup requirements.

Events can run from early morning (7:00 AM setup access) through to evening hours. The venue accommodates full-day conferences typically running 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for extended hours depending on event requirements.

The Studios have interconnecting walls that can be removed to create larger combined spaces. Room layouts can be arranged in theatre, cabaret, boardroom, or U-shape configurations. Time may be needed between different setups, such as converting from conference to reception layout.

Stylish decor including wooden paneled walls, a marble reception and built in AV makes the event space ideal for intimate day meetings, as well as larger lunches, receptions and gala dinners.

In-house catering is provided by the hotel, with a tasty selection of menus for any occasion.
