Lincoln's Inn is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter from 17th April at 15:00, reopening on 28th April. These closure periods are fixed and no events can be accommodated during these times.

Day delegate rates are £91.00 + VAT per person with a minimum of 140 guests, or £104.00 + VAT per person for enhanced packages. The Conference Suite DDR (for 90-158 delegates) is £127.20 + VAT per person and includes room hire from 09:00-17:00, AV equipment with technician, arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course lunch, and afternoon break with dedicated refreshment space.

What are the operating hours and latest finish times?

Conference events can only run until 16:00 with all guests departed by 16:30 or 17:30 depending on the space. The Ashworth Centre lecture theatre is available 08:00-17:00 with guests vacated by 17:30.

What are the room hire costs for dry hire events?

The Old Hall dry hire costs £6,600.00 + VAT. For events in the Great Hall and lawn (11:00-16:00), room hire is £7,350.00 + VAT with a mandatory minimum food & beverage spend of £13,950.00 + VAT.

What are the catering restrictions and requirements?

Outside food is strictly prohibited - all catering must be provided in-house. There may be additional small fees depending on your caterer's specific requirements, which must be discussed and approved in advance.

The Ashworth Centre lecture theatre accommodates maximum 130 guests in theatre style. For fitness classes, the lawn can hold 100-120 people on yoga mats, but you must hire the Great Hall as a wet weather backup option.
