Fine Room 3 can be used as a breakout or green room when hiring Fine Rooms 1 & 2, or hired on its own for a smaller meeting, conference, or away day with a difference. Nestled within the elegant Asia House, a Grade II* listed Georgian Town House in Central London, this unique space offers a blend of historical charm and modern amenities. Frequently asked questions

Fine Rooms 1 & 2 combined cost £2,300 + VAT for a full day (09:00-17:00). The Hutchison Room costs £750 + VAT per day and accommodates up to 20 guests boardroom style. The Library & Studio combination costs £994 + VAT for a half day (09:00-13:00). All prices exclude waiting staff which are charged separately.

The DDR package costs £75 + VAT per person with a minimum of 25 guests (some quotes show minimum of 40 guests). It includes full-day room hire, pastries and fruit on arrival, 3 servings of tea/coffee/biscuits throughout the day, bottled mineral water, hot or cold fork buffet lunch, dedicated waiting staff, AC, and WiFi. The package runs from 09:00-17:00.

Fine Rooms 1 & 2 combined accommodate up to 170 guests reception style, 80 guests banquet style, or 100 guests theatre style. The Hutchison Room holds up to 20 guests boardroom style. The Library can accommodate up to 26 guests on one large table, 34 guests cabaret style, or 50 guests theatre style.

Conference projector costs £250 + VAT, PA system £300 + VAT, plasma TV £150 + VAT, and microphones £85 + VAT each. An AV technician costs £85 + VAT per hour with a 4-hour minimum and is recommended when using more than 3 handheld microphones or any lapel microphones.

Hot or cold fork buffet has a minimum of 15 guests, while sandwich lunch has a minimum of 10 guests. All drinks are charged on consumption with no minimum spend. The venue offers in-house catering with menus provided, and external caterers can be used with a dry hire fee of £600 + VAT plus access to the ground floor kitchen.

Yes, the building is fully accessible with a lift to access bathrooms on lower levels. For building entry/exit, a ramp is placed outside for wheelchair users and will be set up before arrival and when guests leave. The Hutchison Room is specifically confirmed as wheelchair accessible.

Evening room hire for Fine Rooms 1 & 2 costs £2,138 + VAT including waiting staff. A late license can be acquired until midnight for an additional £500 + VAT per hour from 10pm. Corkage fees apply for external alcohol: £12 + VAT per wine bottle, £15 + VAT per champagne bottle, and £1 + VAT per beer bottle.

Setup and breakdown days are charged separately at standard room hire rates. Overnight hold throughout the event duration costs extra (one quote shows £4,380 for a 5-day hold). The venue allows access from early morning for setup, with events typically running 09:00-17:00 for conferences.

The venue cannot accommodate large events over 240 guests for weddings or similar large gatherings. Business events are well-suited to the space, with DDR packages requiring minimum guest numbers of 25-40 depending on the package. Fashion shows and corporate events are regularly hosted.

Quotes can be placed on hold while decisions are made. Payment must be completed before the event date - invoices become overdue if not paid by the event. The venue offers site visits and virtual tours, with detailed quotations provided based on specific requirements including guest numbers, timing, and catering needs.
