The Gallery is a great space for corporate events and meetings, receptions and product launches. It is a creative, airy space and a truly unique space to impress your guests in a less corporate setting. With the whole floor to yourselves, the private feel of the Gallery makes it the perfect setting for any event.

Fine Rooms 1 & 2 combined cost £2,300 + VAT for 09:00-17:00 hire. The Hutchison Room costs £750 + VAT per day (accommodates up to 20 boardroom style). The Gallery costs £580 + VAT per day. Library & Studio combination costs £994 + VAT for a 4-hour hire (09:00-13:00).

Fine Rooms 1 & 2 accommodate up to 170 guests reception style, 100 theatre style, or 80 banquet/round tables. The Hutchison Room holds 20 boardroom style. The Library accommodates 26 on one large table, 34 cabaret style, or 50 theatre style. The Gallery is 18m x 5.5m with flexible capacity.

The DDR package costs £75 + VAT per person with a minimum of 25 guests (some quotes show 40 minimum). It includes full-day room hire, pastries and fruit on arrival, 3 servings of tea/coffee/biscuits, bottled water, hot or cold fork buffet lunch, dedicated waiting staff, AC, and WiFi.

Conference projector costs £250 + VAT, PA system £300 + VAT, plasma TV £150 + VAT, and microphones £85 + VAT each. AV technician costs £85 + VAT per hour with a 4-hour minimum and is recommended for more than 3 microphones or lapel mics.

Drinks are charged on consumption with no minimum spend. Hot or cold fork buffet has a minimum of 15 guests, while sandwich lunch has a minimum of 10 guests. 3-course festive meals cost approximately £50 + VAT per person. All catering prices exclude waiting staff unless specified.

Evening room hire for Fine Rooms 1 & 2 costs £2,138-£3,492 + VAT including waiting staff (varies by duration). Late license until midnight costs £500 + VAT per hour from 10pm. Weekend dry hire for Fine Rooms 1 & 2 costs £3,000 + VAT plus £600 + VAT dry hire fee.

Dry hire fee is £600 + VAT for using external caterers, including ground floor kitchen access. Gallery installations require a mandatory technician at £600 + VAT for hanging/installation. Corkage charges are £12 + VAT per wine bottle, £15 + VAT per champagne bottle, and £1 + VAT per beer bottle.

The building is fully accessible with a lift to bathrooms and a ramp placed outside for wheelchair users during arrival and departure. The Hutchison Room is specifically confirmed as wheelchair accessible, and wheelchair users cannot use stairlifts.

Setup and breakdown days cost £850 + VAT each for Library & Studio. Overnight holds during events cost £4,380 + VAT for the full duration. Multi-day room hire is charged per day (e.g., Hutchison Room £1,500 + VAT for 2 days).
