Screen hire costs vary by size and date: Screen 1 (88 seats) at £1,760+VAT, Screen 2 (79 seats) at £1,422+VAT, Screen 3 (40 seats) at £600+VAT, Screen 5 (270 seats) starting from £4,050+VAT for 3 hours, and Screen 6 (138 seats) at £2,100+VAT. Access times typically run from 8pm to 11:30pm for evening screenings, with full-day hires available starting from £8,000+VAT for setup the night before.

You must provide written approval from the film distributor and deliver the film in DCP format at least 10 days before the screening date. Vue requires at least 3 weeks notice for all private screenings, and content must be rated by BBFC or local council if tickets are being sold.

Basic catering includes 1 bag of popcorn + 1 bottle of water at £4.50 per person+VAT (placed on seats). Upgrade to soft drink costs an additional £2.50 per person+VAT, and chocolate/sweet pouch adds £3.00 per person+VAT. Bar service can be arranged in separate spaces, with drinks reception packages available from £16-20 per person+VAT for unlimited drinks including prosecco, house wines, and bottled beers.

Yes, bar areas are available for hire separately and can accommodate 50-80 attendees standing. Bar hire costs vary by location - West End bar availability depends on the date, while Piccadilly can hold similar numbers. Private bar/networking space hire starts from £500-700+VAT, with drinks service typically starting from 6pm for 8pm screenings.

Basic cinema projector and sound system are included with screen hire. Additional AV packages start from £800-850+VAT and include 4 handheld mics, 1 lectern, 1 clicker, 1 technician, overhead stage lights, HDMI connection, and 1 rehearsal/laptop test. Digital poster screens cost £75-90+VAT and video wall branding costs £350-390+VAT.

Content must be provided in DCP format and delivered 10 days before screening. PowerPoint presentations must be on client's own laptop with HDMI connection, videos must be embedded in presentations, and no heavy video content is allowed. Video content cannot include sound while microphones are in use, and all content must be in the same presentation file.

Bookings require at least 3 weeks notice and provisional holds are placed while content approval is obtained from Vue's screen content department. A signed contract is required along with written distributor approval before confirmation. Invoices are sent after contract signing and are addressed to the company details provided in the booking contract.

External catering permissions vary by event and must be discussed during booking - some events have been granted permission for external catering during receptions. Exhibition space for costumes, props, or table-top displays can be arranged in bar/networking areas, with approximately 5-10 exhibition tables typically accommodated in the networking spaces.

Standard evening screenings typically provide access from 8pm to 11:30pm. Full-day events can run from 8am-5pm with setup access from 7pm-11pm the night before costing £8,000+VAT. Rehearsals and laptop tests take place on weekday mornings subject to availability, and organizer access is typically granted 30 minutes before event start time.

While standard commercial rates apply, Vue may consider partnership arrangements or community rates for social impact events on a case-by-case basis. Student groups and community organizations are encouraged to discuss their specific requirements and budget constraints, as some flexibility may be available depending on the nature and social impact of the event.
