Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 150 people standing. If you don't hire the bar exclusively, it remains open to the public during your event. Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have content in another format, conversion costs £500 + VAT for anything exceeding 20 minutes in length. Content for conversion must be provided in ProRes or MP4 format. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals.

Yes, Curzon can source films including new releases and classic titles, with the cost included in the screen hire price. However, some films may be unavailable for private screening or come at a higher cost. Film availability must be checked with distributors once a venue and date are confirmed, so this cannot be guaranteed until booking.

In-house options include tea/coffee receptions, breakfast items, pizzas, and light bites. For drinks, they provide self-service house wine, prosecco, beers, and soft drinks (budget £6 per person per drink), with cocktails and premium drinks available via pre-order. All food and drink orders must be placed 2 weeks before your event - orders cannot be guaranteed after this deadline.

Screen hire includes use of the screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a 30-minute technical rehearsal at 10:30am prior to the event day. Sony 4K projection is standard throughout, with the main screen also featuring Dolby Atmos sound system.

Curzon Bloomsbury is currently taking bookings from 1st August 2025 onwards across all sites. Some dates may have existing holds from programming that could affect availability. A programming hold is required before confirming any booking, and this approval process happens after initial enquiry.

After confirming availability, you provide contract details and the contract is sent via DocuSign. Once countersigned, full payment is invoiced ahead of the event. Coordination questions must be returned by a specified deadline (typically 2+ weeks before) to arrange staffing and orders. Final guest numbers for food/drinks are required 13 days prior to the event.

Yes, weekend slots have peak pricing which costs more than weekday off-peak slots. The £682 + VAT rate for Screen 3 applies to Monday off-peak slots, while Sunday screenings would be charged at higher weekend rates. Specific weekend pricing was not detailed in the available information.

Evening slots are based on fitting around two regular evening shows. Options include 6pm-9pm, 8:30pm-11:30pm, or 5:30pm-8:30pm slots depending on the screen. The quoted price covers one evening slot only - if you wanted both evening slots the price would be doubled. Specific timing may vary by screen and existing programming.
