The Conservatory at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel

The Conservatory can accommodate up to 40 guests for lunch on round tables or 30 guests on one oval table. This makes it ideal for intimate wedding breakfasts, private dinners, and smaller wedding receptions.

Room hire for the Conservatory is £1,500 based on a minimum catering spend of £1,500. All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate, and a discretionary 15% service charge is added to the final invoice.

Wedding catering includes buffet lunch at £45 per person, three-course private dining at £95 per person, and afternoon tea at £75 per person. Tea, coffee and petits fours are available at £7 per person.

House wine starts from £50 per bottle, Champagne from £110 per bottle, Prosecco at £55 per bottle, bottled beers at £10 each, soft drinks from £6 each, and mineral water at £8.50 per 750ml bottle. All prices include VAT.

The Conservatory can accommodate a 55-inch plasma screen for £50 per day. The room is equipped with a PA system and microphone (rarely used due to room size), with microphone hire at £30 per day.

All quotes are valid for 5 working days and are based on the brief provided. The venue does not hold space during the quotation period, and enquiries are typically released within 5 working days if there is no response from the client.

The Conservatory features a stunning glass ceiling that can be opened for fresh air and natural light, creating a unique indoor-outdoor ambiance. It offers lush green surroundings with stylish décor and classic artwork, providing an elegant yet intimate setting for wedding celebrations.

Afternoon tea service has a last serving time of 5pm. The venue requires confirmation of specific timing requirements during the booking process to ensure availability and proper service coordination.

The Charles Suite accommodates up to 50 guests on round tables or 30 on one oval table, with complimentary room hire based on a minimum catering spend of £1,800. It features stunning hand-crafted chandeliers and natural daylight, offering a more formal alternative to the Conservatory.

For larger celebrations requiring multiple spaces, the venue can provide both the Conservatory (40 guests) and additional rooms like the Charles Suite. Chair covers, colour sashes, tea lights, candelabra, personalised menus, place cards, and seating plans are available for special packages.
