The State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace at 30 Euston Square

Day hire (8:00-17:00) costs £3,750 + VAT, evening hire (18:00-00:00) costs £3,750 + VAT, and cross-period hire (spanning both day and evening) costs £12,000 + VAT. All bookings require minimum food and beverage spends: £3,100 + VAT for day events, £4,650 + VAT for evening events, and £3,500 + VAT for cross-period events.

The State Rooms can accommodate up to 200 guests for standing receptions, 120 for cabaret-style seating, 150 for theatre-style presentations, and 80 for boardroom meetings. The adjoining Rooftop Terrace provides additional space for networking and refreshments with stunning London skyline views.

Built-in AV includes projector, screen, PA system with two lapel microphones, two hand-held microphones, stationery, and 1gbps Wi-Fi. One audio-visual technician is mandatory at £525 + VAT per day or £400 + VAT for evening events. Optional extras include a perspex lectern (£165 + VAT) and stage with black carpet (£475 + VAT).

For events within one week, signed contracts are required by 12:00 the day after receiving the proposal to allow sufficient planning time. Full payment is also required prior to the event for such short-notice bookings.

Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages start from £80-£106.80 + VAT per person including room hire, sandwiches/finger food, and three refreshment breaks. Reception packages cost £89-£118.80 + VAT per person including 3 hours unlimited drinks, 3 canapés, and 3 bowl food items. Hot buffet lunch upgrades cost an additional £10-£12.60 + VAT per person.

Events can be held on 'first option' (priority booking) or 'second option' (backup booking) while clients make decisions. The venue releases enquiries if no response is received within their follow-up timeframe, typically after several days of contact attempts.

External suppliers like DJs can be hired directly by clients or contracted through the venue with a 20% service charge applied. The venue provides preferred supplier lists, such as Spiral Entertainment for DJ services, but clients have flexibility to use their own approved vendors.

Event spaces are sold in defined periods with a turnaround time of 17:00-18:00 between day and evening bookings for operations team setup. Cross-period bookings that span this turnaround time incur significantly higher costs due to operational complexity.

The venue offers Christmas party packages and 80s-themed joiner party nights for smaller teams. A 2025 Christmas brochure is available with various celebration options from drinks receptions to festive banquets, with early booking recommended to secure preferred dates.

Summer party bookings in May and July receive two complimentary welcome drinks per person. Meeting room bookings receive 10% off Ground Floor spaces. September events may qualify for special DDR package rates at £85 + VAT per person per day, and some room hire rates can be reduced if confirmed within two weeks.
