The venue operates on three pricing periods: Day hire (8:00-17:00), Evening hire (18:00-23:00), and Cross period (any timing that spans both periods, including 17:00-18:00 turnaround time). For example, the Auditorium day hire costs £9,500 + VAT with a £3,100 F&B minimum spend, while evening hire is £3,250 + VAT with £4,650 F&B minimum. Cross period hire is £12,000 + VAT with £3,500 F&B minimum spend.

Two AV technicians are mandatory for the Auditorium at £1,000 + VAT per day. For State Rooms, one AV technician is required at £525 per day for daytime events or £400 for evening events. The venue includes built-in AV equipment (projector, screen, microphones, Wi-Fi) but technician supervision is compulsory for all events.

For events within one week, a signed contract is required by 12:00 the day after receiving the proposal, with full payment required prior to the event. The venue operates on first option, second option, or joint first option availability systems. Enquiries are automatically released if no response is received within a reasonable timeframe.

The Auditorium accommodates 300 in theatre style. State Rooms & Terrace can host various configurations depending on the event type. The venue requires minimum numbers for certain packages - for example, reception packages have minimum spend requirements of £10,500 + VAT for larger events, and some quotes are based on minimum delegate numbers like 200 people.

The venue offers Day Delegate Rates (DDR) starting from £85-£106.80 + VAT per person including room hire, meals, and refreshments. Reception packages cost £89-£118.80 + VAT per person for 3 hours unlimited drinks, 3 canapés and 3 bowl foods. Minimum F&B spends vary by space and time period, ranging from £1,500-£4,650 + VAT depending on the hire period.

External suppliers like DJs can be hired directly by clients or contracted through the venue with a 20% service charge applied. The venue has preferred suppliers like Spiral Entertainment for DJ services. All catering must be provided by Searcys as the in-house caterer, and the venue has an ethical policy that applies to all events.

Key spaces include the 300-seat Auditorium with adjoining Exhibition Space, State Rooms (Euston Room and Stephenson Room) with Rooftop Terrace access, and various meeting rooms like G.2 and Princes Gate. Breakout rooms are available for £1,050 + VAT each. The venue offers virtual tours of each space to help visualize layouts and connections.
