The Main Dining Room at Opso is ideal for private and corporate events, including Christmas parties, networking, birthdays or product launches. It can be used for arrival drinks and canapés before the guests make their way to the Larder Room for a sit down dinner, or it can be used as a stylish self contained space on the ground level. It works very well for standing parties for up to 70 guests or seated dinners for up to 40 guests. The Main Dining room is offered on a minimum spend basis, there is no hire fee. Please enquire through Hire Space for availability and rates.




Frequently asked questions

The Larder room (lower ground floor) has a minimum spend of £4,000-£5,000 depending on the day, while exclusive hire of the entire venue requires a £10,000 minimum spend. All minimum spends include VAT but exclude the optional 15% service charge.

The Larder room accommodates up to 44 guests for seated dining or up to 80 guests for standing receptions. The Main Dining Room works for standing parties up to 70 guests or seated dinners for up to 40 guests.

A £2,000 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be refunded following the event.

Private events include exclusive use of the space, a dedicated waiting team, a private bar, and the option to play music and add decorations of your choice. The venue can also arrange custom Valrhona mousse cakes at £50 per kilo.

Yes, for exclusive venue hire you can utilize both floors - starting with drinks and nibbles on the ground floor Main Dining Room, then continuing with either seated dinner or standing reception using both spaces. This requires the £10,000 minimum spend.

There is an optional 15% discretionary service charge that does not count toward the minimum spend requirement. This appears as a separate charge on top of your food and beverage costs.

You can add decorations of your choice and play music in the private spaces. The venue can accommodate pop-up banner signage with company logos and product displays, and they have TV/projection screen capabilities for brand videos or presentations.

OPSO offers contemporary Greek sharing dishes with premium ingredients sourced from Greece and local suppliers. Events can include canapés and cocktails, multi-course seated dinners, open bar service with top-shelf liquor, custom cocktail options, and champagne toasts.

The venue accepts bookings well in advance - quotes show events being planned over a year ahead (October 2026). Site visits can be arranged to discuss event details before confirming your booking.

Events typically run in the evening with arrival times between 4pm-6:30pm. The venue can accommodate events until late night (quotes show events running until 11pm-1am), and Christmas parties often run from 5:30pm-11:00pm.
