This beautiful and atmospheric 450 year old oak barn is a listed building located at a magical and relaxed farm house conference centre. The spacious barn is ideal for receptions, meetings, workshops, corporate away-days and very popular with film shoots.
The lovely barn has high beamed ceiling, ensuite kitchen and dining area as well as huge double doors which open out to the grassy meadow.
The barn is just 20 minutes by train from Central London, we also have plenty of parking for those who prefer to drive and easy access from the M25.
A stunning barn which is private and perfect for corporate lunches or as a hospitality venue for lunch before Ascot - why not drive here, have a wonderful lunch with your own choice of caterers and then charter a heli to whisk you straight into the course at Ascot? Or if you need a beautiful place for an away day or board meeting or annual shareholders meeting for your top executives, the barn is the perfect place. Or simply an external venue for an away day or workshop. Excellent transport links for Heathrow, Bracknell, Ascot and all motorways.
Mark a special occasion in style at SMOOV. This eclectic space requires no further decoration, but if you want to really make your mark, then with the aid of our scissor lift you can drape and decorate the portal steels. The only limitation if your imagination. We can supply audio equipment. The venue has a modest kitchen area, and therefore you are free to use your own caterers and bar provider. We do have 3 drinks chillers. With vehicle access you may want to consider a unique vintage catering vehicle or two.

Ideal for weddings, birthdays, our facilities include a large main hall which has plenty of natural lighting, a projecter and PA system. The main hall can be adapted into three individual smaller but wonderfully sized event and meeting spaces. The hub also boasts of modern kitchen facilities, access to fast reliable internet, limited storage facilities and access to a beautiful green surroundings. £200 DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Please note that refundable deposits will be taken outside of the platform and directly deposited into LDT bank account but payment for the venue will be via hire space.
The Waterfront can be subdivided for conference, meetings, training seminars and exhibitions. The venue also has a Holiday Inn hotel in the same building with accommodation for 133 rooms.
