Room hire includes exclusive use of the venue for 6 hours (all events must end at 12am), full operational support from the Event Team, bespoke room setup, an Event Manager on the day, security staff, hospitality and bar staff, cleaning, complimentary WiFi and onsite parking. The Stanley Stephenson Lounge is available for £1,200 + VAT for the day and can accommodate up to 200 people.

No, external catering is strictly prohibited. All food and beverage must be provided by Selhurst Park's in-house catering team, who offer a range of menus with varying cuisine and price points. They can accommodate dietary requirements if given advance notice.

Three festive packages are available: 'Dress to Impress' Joiner Party (£65 + VAT per person, fixed date 13th December), Festive Fizz & Bowl Food Private Party (£70 + VAT per person), and 'A Crystal Christmas' Private Party (£75 + VAT per person). All include sparkling reception, festive meal, entertainment, decorations, and complimentary parking from 6pm-midnight.

The Stanley Stephenson Lounge is located on the 2nd floor with no lifts or step-free entrances available. This makes the space inaccessible for elderly guests or people with mobility issues who cannot use stairs.

Linen and table numbers are provided within the room hire fee. External decorators are allowed but must provide PAT testing and public liability documentation for electrical equipment. No decorations can be tacked onto walls. External DJs must provide public liability insurance and PAT testing documentation 7 days prior to the event.

Buffets may be open for a maximum of 2 hours. Due to food safety policy, no leftover food can be taken home after the event.

Each space has a fully staffed bar within the venue. You can either choose a cash bar where guests pay individually, or arrange for drinks to be paid through your event account. Specific pricing and minimum spend requirements vary by package.

The venue is closed on 23rd December and cannot host events on that date. Additionally, private parties cannot be held on dates when Crystal Palace has home Premier League matches, though fixture dates are typically confirmed closer to the season.

LCD mounted TV screens are included for displaying slideshows or graphics free of charge. Artwork must be sent 2 business days prior in PowerPoint or .mov format. LCD projectors and screens are available for corporate events, and you should advise in advance if slideshow visuals contain audio elements.

Yes, there is some flexibility in pricing to meet specific budgets. For example, the venue was willing to reduce the Christmas party package from £65 + VAT to £55 per person for a student group, showing they can negotiate on price point depending on circumstances.
