What are the room hire costs and what's included in the base price?

Room hire for the Stanley Stephenson Lounge is £1,200 + VAT for the day (up to 200 people capacity). Private events include exclusive use for 6 hours with all events ending by 12am, bespoke room setup, dedicated Event Manager on the day, security/hospitality/bar staff, cleaning, complimentary WiFi and onsite parking.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, or external caterers?

No external food or drink is permitted at Selhurst Park. All catering must be provided by their in-house team, though they can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. This policy applies to all events including birthday parties and corporate functions.

What are the Christmas party packages and pricing?

Three festive packages are available: 'Dress to Impress' joiner party (£65 + VAT per person, fixed date 13th December), 'Festive Fizz & Bowl Food' private party (£70 + VAT per person), and 'A Crystal Christmas' private party (£75 + VAT per person). All include sparkling reception, festive meal, entertainment, decorations, and complimentary parking from 6pm-midnight.

Are there accessibility limitations I should know about?

The Stanley Stephenson Lounge is located on the 2nd floor with no lifts or step-free entrances available. This makes the space unsuitable for elderly guests or those with mobility requirements including wheelchair users.

What are the restrictions around entertainment and decorations?

External DJs are permitted but must provide public liability insurance and PAT testing documentation 7 days prior. In-house DJ services are available through KT Entertainments. Decorations cannot be tacked onto walls, and any electrical equipment from external decorators requires PAT testing and public liability documentation.

When is the venue unavailable for private events?

The venue is closed on 23rd December and cannot host private parties on Premier League home match days. Football fixtures are typically released in June, so availability for dates during football season must be confirmed after fixture announcements.

What catering options and restrictions apply to buffets?

Buffets are available for 2 hours maximum and leftover food cannot be taken home due to food safety policy. The in-house catering team offers various cuisines and price points, with menus requiring approval 2 business days in advance for any visual displays.

How do bar services work and what are the payment options?

Each space has a fully staffed bar within the venue. Guests can either choose a cash bar where individuals pay for their own drinks, or arrange for the host to cover bar costs. Specific minimum spend requirements and bar package pricing should be confirmed during booking.

What AV equipment is included and what are the technical requirements?

Corporate events include complimentary AV requirements, LCD projector and screen, and LCD mounted TV screens for displaying slideshows. Artwork must be submitted 2 business days prior in PowerPoint or .mov format. Additional technical requirements like live-streaming facilities may incur extra costs.

What is the booking process and payment timeline?

Initial enquiries are handled by the Event Sales Manager (Erin Corrigan, 020 8768 6013). The team provides quotes based on specific requirements and can offer some flexibility on pricing for student groups or budget constraints. Booking confirmation and payment schedules are arranged during the consultation process.
