The Stanley Stephenson Lounge costs £1,200 + VAT for day hire and accommodates up to 200 people. Room hire includes exclusive use for 6-8 hours (all events must end at 12am), bespoke room setup, dedicated Event Manager on the day, security/hospitality/bar staff, cleaning, complimentary WiFi, onsite parking, and basic linen and table numbers.
Can I bring my own catering or external food and drink?
No, external catering is strictly prohibited. All food and beverage must be provided by Selhurst Park's in-house catering team, though they can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. Buffets are open for 2 hours maximum and leftover food cannot be taken home due to food safety policy.
What are the accessibility limitations I should know about?
The Stanley Stephenson Lounge is located on the 2nd floor with no lifts or step-free entrances available. This makes the space unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or wheelchair users.
What AV equipment is included and what are the setup requirements?
Each room has LCD mounted TV screens for displaying slideshows or graphics free of charge, plus complimentary AV requirements for corporate events. LCD projector and screen are available through Day Delegate Rates. Artwork must be sent 2 business days prior in PowerPoint or .mov format.
Can I hire external DJs or entertainment, and what documentation is required?
External DJs are permitted but must provide public liability insurance and PAT testing documentation 7 days prior to the event. Alternatively, you can book their in-house DJ through KT Entertainments. No decoration can be tacked onto walls.
What are the Christmas party packages and pricing?
Three festive packages are available: 'Dress to Impress' joiner party (£65 + VAT per person, fixed date 13th December), 'Festive Fizz & Bowl Food' private party (£70 + VAT per person), and 'A Crystal Christmas' private party (£75 + VAT per person). All include 6pm-midnight access, festive meal, entertainment, and complimentary parking.
Are there specific dates when the venue is unavailable?
The venue is closed on 23rd December and cannot host events on that date. Additionally, availability may be restricted during Premier League home match days, with fixture schedules typically released in advance for planning purposes.
What are the bar arrangements and minimum spend options?
Each space has a fully staffed bar within the room. You can either choose a cash bar where guests pay individually, or arrange minimum spend options. Specific minimum spend amounts and bar package details are discussed during the booking process based on your event requirements.
What setup flexibility do I have for different event formats?
The space offers bespoke room setup included in the hire fee and can accommodate various layouts including theatre style for up to 200 people, cabaret style, and conference setups. Complimentary early access for room setup is available subject to availability.

Booking timelines vary based on availability, with some customers securing dates months in advance. The venue offers flexibility on pricing for certain groups (such as students) and may negotiate rates below standard package prices depending on circumstances and group size.
