Our private dining room The Muse, like the restaurant, has an arty, bright and airy feel with high windows, so you can enjoy an entirely private, tailor-made event. The Hair also offers a luxurious bar and hidden terrace with a retractable roof and heaters where dinners can be set up; perfect for your Christmas celebrations. Combining both spaces, you can host a party for up to 120 people!

Room hire varies by space: The Muse costs £700-800 including VAT, The Garden Terrace ranges from £650-1,000 including VAT, and il Pampero exclusive hire is £2,800 including VAT. Minimum food and beverage spends are: The Muse £1,600-1,900, The Garden Terrace £1,600-1,650, and il Pampero £4,800 (all including VAT, in addition to room hire). All venues add a 13.5% service charge on top of the minimum spend.
What are the standard operating hours and timing restrictions for dining events?
Most dining events can run from early afternoon (14:00) until 23:30. The Garden Terrace and The Muse typically operate 17:00-23:30 for evening events, while il Pampero can accommodate 18:00-22:30 for dinner service. Some daytime events can start as early as 12:00-16:00 for afternoon tea or lunch events.
What food and beverage restrictions apply to private dining events?
All food arrangements must come through The Hari's kitchen - you cannot bring outside catering. The only exception is bringing your own cake, which incurs a £100 fee. All beverages are charged on consumption and cocktails must be pre-ordered. Food pre-orders are required from all guests, and the venue will inform you when the minimum spend is reached during the event.
Can I bring my own DJ or entertainment to dining spaces?
You can only bring your own DJ to The Garden Terrace as it's a fully private venue. Other dining spaces like The Muse and il Pampero do not permit external DJs. For larger events requiring a DJ, you would need exclusive hire of The Hari Bar plus Garden Terrace, where DJ music must stop at 23:00.
What are the setup options and configurations for each dining space?
The Muse offers boardroom setup for up to 22 guests or long table setup for 20 guests. The Garden Terrace provides T-shape setup for up to 15 guests (though they can accommodate 16 with flexibility). Il Pampero exclusive hire seats guests on different sized tables of 6, 5, and 4, with the built-in bar dividing the space for arrival drinks and dining areas.
Are there any additional fees beyond room hire and minimum spend?
Yes, a mandatory 13.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage spend. If you bring your own cake, there's a £100 fee. All bottled beverages are charged on consumption beyond the minimum spend. VAT is already included in the quoted room hire and minimum spend figures.
What booking procedures and payment terms apply?

The venue follows up regularly on enquiries and releases holds if no confirmation is received within their specified timeframes.
