Single private dining rooms have a £500 + VAT room hire fee with minimum spends of £2,000 + VAT for afternoon packages (12:00-16:00) and £2,500 + VAT for evening packages (18:30-23:00). Double private dining rooms cost £2,500 + VAT room hire with a £4,500 + VAT minimum spend for evening events. A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage items.

Single private dining rooms accommodate up to 18 guests with oval table setup or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. Double private dining rooms can host up to 60 guests standing. The rooms are named Alto-Cumulus, Cirrus-Stratus, and Nimbus, with some available as combined spaces.

Exclusive hire of Helix & Iris (levels 39 and 40) costs £11,000 + VAT room hire for evening packages (18:30-23:00) with £12,000 + VAT minimum spend. Day packages (08:30-16:30) are £5,000 + VAT room hire with £7,500 + VAT minimum spend. Maximum capacity is 300 guests standing across both floors, with late license available until 03:00 for additional £1,500 + VAT per hour.

Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis with 100% deposit required to confirm. Final balance is due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (AMEX incurs a surcharge). All catering orders must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior, with final numbers required 5 working days before the event.

Organizers and vendors can access venues 30-60 minutes before guest arrival times. For afternoon packages, access is from 11:30 with guests arriving from 12:00. For evening events, access is from 17:30-18:00 with guests arriving from 18:30. Setup time for decorations, banners, and flowers is included during access periods.

Built-in speakers for background music are included in all rooms. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment, or clients can bring their own AV for a £350 + VAT supplement. Full AV setups for presentations, screens, projectors, and microphones are available through the preferred supplier.

Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person (whole party must have same starter, main, and dessert). Working lunch is £40 + VAT per person. Continental breakfast with baps is £81.75 + VAT per person. Maximum 3 cocktails or mocktails can be ordered with minimum pre-order of 10. Mobile bar with private bartender costs additional £500 + VAT.

Searcys is a catering company that provides all food and drinks at the venue. External catering requires dry hire at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access and venue hire from 2pm-10pm. Some event types are not accommodated - the venue specializes in corporate events and networking rather than children's parties or certain cultural events.

All guests must be pre-booked only with no same-day bookings accepted. Valid ID is required upon arrival for all guests. The venue operates strict security protocols and maintains a professional corporate environment suitable for business networking and formal celebrations.

The 12.5% service charge is optional and applies only to food and beverage items. It's included in contracts by default but can be presented at the end of the function instead if requested. The service charge does not apply to room hire fees or other venue charges.
