Al Qasimi accommodates 180 theatre style, 100 cabaret, 120 seated dinner, or 200 reception. Ground floor rooms (National Grid/David Sainsbury) each hold 40 cabaret, 80 theatre, or 60 reception. Michael Bishop Foundation seats 50 guests and can be used as overflow space with streaming from the main room.
What garden spaces are available and what are the pricing packages?
Three outdoor spaces are available: Waterloo West Garden (150 capacity, 100 minimum), Stirling Square Garden (200 capacity, 120 minimum), and The Terrace. Summer packages range from £78-£125 + VAT per person depending on garden and package choice. All gardens require Crown Estate approval and must be vacated by 9pm.
What AV equipment is included and what are additional charges?
Standard AV includes 86-98" plasma screens, PA system, one complimentary microphone, projector with 3m screen, staging, lectern, and LED wall lighting. Additional microphones cost £75 + VAT, technical staffing beyond complimentary support incurs extra charges, and hybrid conference packages start from £3,000 + VAT.
Are there any restrictions on entertainment, decorations, or external suppliers?
Fairground rides and inflatables are not permitted, but garden games like giant Jenga are allowed. External catering is prohibited - all food must be provided by in-house caterer Company of Cooks. External decorators and suppliers require approval for access.
What are the operating hours and booking timeframes?
Standard daytime hire runs 9am-5pm, evening hire 6pm-11pm. Garden events must end by 9pm due to Crown Estate requirements. The venue offers 15% discounts on room hire during promotional periods. Site visits can be arranged and 3D virtual tours are available.
What catering options and pricing are available?
Day delegate rates range from £65-£150 + VAT per person including room hire, AV, and full catering. Reception packages start at £53 + VAT per person for evening events.
