Room hire for ground floor spaces (National Grid and David Sainsbury rooms) costs £2,400 + VAT for 9am-5pm with a minimum catering spend of £1,000-£1,250 + VAT. First floor spaces (Al Qasimi and ERA Foundation) cost £4,600 + VAT for 9am-5pm with minimum catering spend of £4,000-£4,950 + VAT depending on guest numbers.

The David Sainsbury room accommodates up to 60 theatre style, 24 boardroom, or 28 cabaret. The Al Qasimi room holds 180 theatre style, 100 cabaret, or 120 for seated dinner. Ground floor rooms can handle 40 cabaret, 80 theatre, or 60 standing reception each.

Standard room hire includes 86-98" plasma screens, PA system, one complimentary microphone, projector with 3m screen, ClickShare/HDMI connectivity, and LED wall lighting controls. Additional microphones cost £75 + VAT, hybrid conference packages start from £3,000 + VAT, and technical staffing beyond basic support incurs extra charges.

The venue occasionally offers promotional rates such as 15% off room hire. Special pricing may be available for certain dates or booking periods, but these offers are time-limited and subject to availability.

Day delegate rates range from £65-£150 + VAT per person depending on the package and room selection. Basic packages around £76 + VAT include room hire, AV equipment, refreshments throughout the day, and working lunch. Premium packages up to £150 + VAT include additional services like unlimited drinks.

External catering is not permitted on the premises. All food and beverage must be provided through the venue's in-house catering partner, Company of Cooks, with extensive menu options available in their meeting and reception packs.

The venue can provisionally hold spaces while clients consider options. Specific payment timelines and booking procedures are handled case-by-case, with the sales team offering flexibility to adjust proposals based on needs and budget constraints.

Events typically run 9am-5pm for daytime hire, with evening hire available 6pm-11pm at £2,000 + VAT. Some dates may be fully booked or unavailable, and the venue requires checking availability before confirming any booking.

All rooms are fully accessible and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The venue includes accessible staging (6m x 2m), lift access to upper floors, and accessible toilet facilities throughout the building.

When booking outdoor terrace space, ground floor rooms are included as wet weather backup. The venue provides contingency planning to ensure events can continue indoors if weather conditions require it.
