Evening drinks receptions cost £6,500+VAT for up to 350 standing guests with exclusive access to all three galleries. Full day hire is £7,000+VAT for events like yoga sessions, while all-day blank canvas hire (without exhibitions) costs £11,000+VAT. Corporate events for smaller groups in the East Gallery may qualify for reduced rates.

The venue can accommodate up to 350 people standing for drinks receptions across all three galleries. The East Gallery alone is 100sqm and suitable for smaller corporate events of around 35 people. The total events space spans 450sqm across the venue.

All clients must use one of Mall Galleries' approved caterers from their trusted supplier list. Catering is not included in hire fees and must be arranged directly with the caterers. There is a £500+VAT buy-out fee if you wish to use a caterer not on their approved list.

The hire fee includes a venue supervisor and gallery staff, one security guard during the event, two parking spaces outside 17 Carlton House Terrace, parking permits for deliveries along the Mall, and use of furniture and technical equipment. The venue has limited daytime availability due to public exhibitions. Filming must take place outside opening hours (before 10am or after 5pm). Evening hire is more readily available than daytime slots, and the venue has no remaining daytime availability for the remainder of some years due to high demand.

The venue includes a small stage, lectern, two roving microphones, adjustable lighting, AV and audio facilities, free WiFi, and cloak rails. The East Gallery features exposed steel structures, concrete flooring, high-arched windows overlooking The Mall, and energy-efficient gallery lighting with moveable sculpture walls.

Availability is extremely limited, particularly for daytime and blank canvas hire. The venue frequently has to decline bookings due to lack of availability. Contact should be made well in advance, and site visits can be arranged to discuss specific requirements and confirm suitability for your event type.
