Knapp Gallery at Regent's Events

The venue requires a deposit payment split into two parts: 10% initially and 80% as a second deposit payment. Payment is processed through Flywire, though BACS transfers can be arranged if needed with bank details provided upon request. Final event details must be submitted one week before the event date.

The Knapp Gallery can accommodate up to 40 people for presentations, 60 for receptions, and 30 for seated dinner events. Room configurations include boardroom setup for smaller groups and cabaret style arrangements with catering tables positioned at the back of the room.

External caterers are not permitted at Regent's Events. All catering must be provided through their in-house catering services, with various menu options available including fine dining packages and specialized dietary accommodations.

Basic Wi-Fi connection is available with specific login credentials provided (Username: Conf00048, Password: bell-wear-yard-3). Additional AV equipment including projectors, laptops, lecterns, and roving microphones are available upon request, with AV technician support available for events requiring technical assistance.

All event details must be finalized and submitted one week before the event date. Required information includes program of events, catering timings, dietary requirements, delegate lists, and any requested signage. The venue operates a strict 48-hour policy for final updates before this submission deadline.

Security access must be arranged in advance, with specific times coordinated through the venue's security team. Access times are arranged based on event requirements, with security personnel providing access to designated rooms at agreed times.

The venue accommodates various dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten-free, no shellfish, no meat/wheat/dairy, and specific protein restrictions. For fine dining events, clients choose one starter, one main course, and one dessert for all guests, with all pre-booked dietary requirements catered for individually.
