Dry hire packages start from £10,000.00 and can go up to £14,000.00 inclusive of VAT depending on the space and event requirements. The venue offers various dining spaces including the Grand Hall (up to 540 guests), Cornwall Suite (up to 250 banquet guests), and Cambria Suite (up to 100 dinner guests or 80 dinner dance guests).

Banquet packages are £126.00 per person including VAT and include glass of sparkling wine, three course dinner, half bottle of house wine, coffee and petit fours, mineral water, and room hire from 18:00-01:00. Christmas packages are available at £112.00 per person (reduced from £190.00) and include additional Christmas novelties, decorations, and DJ with dance floor until 1am.

Yes, security is compulsory for all events at £29.40 per hour inclusive of VAT. For 1-200 guests, 2 guards are required; 201-400 guests need 4 guards; 401-600 guests require 6 guards. There's a minimum 4-hour booking and security must be paid no later than 1 month prior to the event.

The Grand Hall accommodates up to 540 for dining, Cornwall Suite holds up to 250 for banquet dinner or 200 for dinner dance, and Cambria Suite seats up to 100 for dinner or 80 for dinner dance. The Crown Suite can accommodate up to 250 for drinks receptions and works well as a pre-dinner space adjacent to other suites.

No, for all ticketed events, tickets must be pre-purchased. The venue does not allow tickets to be sold on the night of the event.

Day Delegate Rates range from £55.00 to £87.00 per person inclusive of VAT (reduced from up to £189.00). This includes room hire 09:00-17:00, air-conditioned space, Wi-Fi, water, pastries and smoothies on arrival, energising lunch, unlimited tea and coffee, flipchart, and 3000 lumen LCD projector and screen.

Popular combinations include Crown Suite for drinks reception (up to 250 guests) followed by Cornwall Suite for dinner (up to 250 banquet), or Ampthill Suite for reception (up to 110 guests) with Cambria Suite for dinner (up to 100 guests). These adjacent spaces allow seamless transitions between reception and dining portions of events.

For post-meeting drinks receptions, there's a minimum spend of £3,000.00 to £5,000.00 inclusive of VAT depending on the space, with at least 50% required to be spent on food. If the guaranteed minimum spend isn't reached, the remaining balance is charged as room hire.

Additional catering includes unlimited tea and coffee at £11.50 per person, energising lunch at £20.95 per person, sandwich lunch at £12.95 per person, bacon or egg baps at £4.95 per person, and Danish pastries at £4.00 per person. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Standard dining events run from 18:00-01:00 with room hire included in banquet packages. Day events typically run 09:00-17:00, and all spaces must be vacated by 17:00 or additional de-rig charges apply. Early access can be arranged for setup, such as access from 17:00 for evening events at additional cost.
