Frequently asked questions

The Tudor Hart room accommodates up to 14 boardroom style for £660+VAT, while the Anderson room holds maximum 22 boardroom style with pricing available on request. The Bevan Suite handles up to 150 theatre or 77 cabaret style, and all rooms include data projector, screen, flipchart, and PA system in the hire cost.

Most rooms have a minimum catering spend of £250+VAT for lunch, though larger events may require higher minimums. The Day Delegate Rate (DDR) package starts at £90-95+VAT per person with minimum numbers typically ranging from 40-70 depending on the room and package selected.
