The Garden room is a beautiful modern space ideal for most intimate events. As the name would suggest, the Garden Room has direct access to the Garden, a tranquil outdoor space, and plenty of natural light.

The 24 ft ceiling and large windows create a light and airy atmosphere for your London event in which guests can enjoy the fixed bar, botanical-themed artwork, and there's even space for live music.

The Garden Room is an excellent choice for corporate and private events with a capacity for up to 90 guests. It is often hired in conjunction with the Garden to offer outdoor space.

The Garden and Garden Room can accommodate up to 90 guests maximum. For larger events, the Great Hall holds 294 theatre style or 160 cabaret, the Bevan Suite holds 150 theatre or 77 cabaret, and various smaller rooms like Tudor Hart accommodate 14 boardroom style. The Garden closes at 22:00 but events can continue in the Garden Room until 23:00.

Room hire varies by space - Tudor Hart Room costs £660+VAT with £250+VAT minimum catering spend, Anderson Room pricing available on request. Wedding venue hire starts at £6,600 for spaces like Prince's Room, Snow Room, Garden and Garden Room. Most events have minimum catering spends ranging from £250+VAT to £3,500+VAT depending on the space and event type.

External catering is not permitted due to BMA House's exclusive contract with their caterers. All food and beverage must be provided through their in-house catering team, with various package options available including Day Delegate Rates, fine dining packages, and seasonal menus.

Most events run during standard hours with access typically from 8:00am-5:00pm for conferences. Evening events in the Garden and Garden Room can run from 6:30pm-11:00pm, with the Garden closing at 22:00 but the Garden Room available until 23:00. Some spaces like the Great Hall can accommodate events until 11:30pm.

Standard AV includes data projector, screen, PA system with up to 3 microphones, flipchart, and technical support for setup. The Great Hall offers extensive AV with high-powered projectors, up to 9 microphones, staging, lighting, and full-day technical support. Additional technicians cost £450+VAT per day for complex events.

DDR packages cost £93-£95+VAT per person and include meeting room hire (9am-5pm), separate catering room, arrival refreshments, mid-morning and afternoon breaks, 2-course hot fork buffet lunch, bottled water, AV equipment, staging, lighting, and event planner support. Minimum numbers typically range from 65-120 depending on the space.

Enquiries have expiration dates in their system - typically bookings must be confirmed by specific dates (examples show 25th June, 25th July deadlines). The venue experiences high demand and enquiries are released from the system if not confirmed by the stated deadline dates.

Wedding packages start with venue hire at £6,600 for spaces including Prince's Room, Snow Room, Garden and Garden Room (14:00-23:30). The Lavender Package costs £170 per person including welcome prosecco, canapés, 3-course meal, wine, evening food truck, with minimum numbers of 40 applying.

Setup times vary by event type - some events can access from 4pm for dinner setup, while conferences typically get 8am access. Large LED screen installations requiring 5-6 hours setup time may need special arrangements. The venue cannot book outdoor spaces only and has specific timing restrictions for different areas.

BMA House is experiencing exceptionally high volume of events and enquiries. Standard response time is 1-2 days for initial enquiries. The venue team notes they are seeing large increases in enquiries and asks for patience during busy periods while they work to respond promptly.
