With a warm and welcoming neighbourhood vibe this relaxed venue brings an eclectic mix of Latin cities and cultures to create an exotic offering of hand crafted cocktails, authentic tacos, fantastic DJs and live entertainment.

The Star's great function room upstairs is perfect for birthday parties, get-togethers or just to enjoy a dinner for a big group of people. You can bring your own DJ and play your music, make the space yours!

We hold a range of events at The Salutation including film screenings, family celebration and birthday parties. We have also hosted live music events and wedding receptions.
Beneath the restaurant, this large yet welcoming room takes its name from the prestige cuvée of Joseph Perrier Champagne. Josephine is simply stunning, a private room with exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings and restored Champagne racks. Hosting up to 50 people seated and 75 standing for receptions and corporate parties. Minimum spends apply in place of hire fee.
The Theatre Bar is a private room which is used for parties, presentations, and small wedding receptions. It can host parties for up to 35 people standing or wonderful dinners for up to 26 people. It also has a large screen for presentations and sporting events.
The River Room is available for parties and business meetings. The room has private toilets, private bar and bar staff. You can bring your own music if you wish, as we can connect an Ipod, MP3 player or laptop to our music system. A full food menu, buffet and canapé menu are available.
