Whole Venue at London Museum Spaces

The Terrace Boardroom costs £580+VAT for 9am-5pm (max 12 people). The Terrace Gallery costs £1,800+VAT for 9am-5pm (up to 100 people). The London Ellipse Hall and Entrance Hall together cost £7,500+VAT for 9am-5pm (up to 300 people). Evening hire for Terrace Gallery is £2,700+VAT for 6:30pm-11pm.

The London Ellipse Hall accommodates 250 people cabaret style with good stage/screen views, or up to 300 people with at least 9 per table (restricted views behind pillars). The Terrace Gallery holds up to 100 theatre style or 90 cabaret style. The Garden Room seats 45 cabaret or 80 theatre style.

Approved caterers include Seasoned Events, Bovingdons, and Humdingers. Christmas packages start from £107pp+VAT at Docklands and £131pp+VAT at London Wall. Summer packages start from £106pp+VAT. Day delegate rates for meetings include breakfast, breaks, and lunch at £40+VAT per person.

The London Ellipse Hall includes LED ellipse, plasma screen, AV technician, PA system, stage and lectern. The Terrace Gallery includes projector, PA system (1 microphone), and Wi-Fi. Additional handheld microphones cost £50+VAT each. Hybrid meeting options are available from £350+VAT.

Standard daytime events run 9am-5pm with guest arrival from 8am possible. Evening events typically run 6:30pm-11pm. The venue can accommodate earlier access for setup if required. Events can extend beyond standard hours with additional costs.

All catering must be provided by approved suppliers including Seasoned Events, Bovingdons, and Humdingers. DJ services are available through partnerships with Prelude. The venue has partnered with specific suppliers for Christmas packages and other seasonal events.

The Entrance Hall serves as an ideal welcome and networking space, often combined with the London Ellipse Hall for larger events. The Terrace Gallery provides reception space for up to 150 people with direct garden access. The venue can accommodate receptions for up to 600 people across multiple spaces.

Christmas party bookings are encouraged well in advance with packages available from early in the year. The venue sales team responds to enquiries with availability confirmation and detailed proposals. Site visits can be arranged, and the team provides 3D virtual tours for initial space viewing.

The London Ellipse Hall features a 360-degree digital ellipse that can display twinkling night lights, swaying chandelier effects, or bespoke commissioned content. This creates a 'wow factor' as guests arrive and provides a distinctive backdrop for events, making it particularly suitable for gala dinners and award ceremonies.

The Terrace Gallery and Garden Room both have direct garden access with a private garden featuring a beautiful old Horse chestnut tree as the centrepiece. This outdoor space is ideal for summer events, BBQs, and provides additional networking areas for receptions and parties.
