The in-house video conferencing package is £250 + VAT and includes HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop microphones, all-day tech support, and supports both Zoom and Teams. The presentation screen is charged separately from the video conferencing package.

If you order hot buffet lunch, you must hire a breakout room for £300 + VAT where the hot food will be served. Breakout rooms provide all-day access and can be used for private calls or additional meeting space. The courtyard area is only available with a breakout room booking and provides private outdoor access.

Payment can be made over the phone, via bank transfer (which may take up to 60 days to process), or on the day of the event (except Wednesdays and Fridays). The venue currently cannot process card payments due to technical issues. Invoices are typically issued 1-2 days before the event date.

The venue has a kitchenette with a microwave but no oven for warming food. You can bring your own cake and external catering is permitted, though specific approval processes may apply for outside vendors.
