The Al Qasimi room accommodates up to 120 guests for a seated dinner. Room hire costs £4,600 + VAT for 9am-5pm or £2,000 + VAT for evening hire (6pm-11pm). There is a minimum catering spend of £4,000-£4,950 + VAT depending on guest numbers, and external catering is not permitted.

All catering is provided by Company of Cooks, the in-house catering partner. Reception packages start from £53 + VAT per person for nibbles and 2-hour unlimited drinks, while comprehensive packages with canapés and unlimited drinks range from £65-£136 + VAT per person. Full dinner menus and delegate packages are available with various options.

Yes, the ERA Foundation room adjoins the Al Qasimi and is ideal for pre-dinner drinks receptions and registration. When booking both spaces together, you get exclusive use of the first floor with high ceilings, large windows, and natural daylight throughout both rooms.

The Al Qasimi includes state-of-the-art technology: high-definition projector with 3m screen, 6m x 2m accessible staging, 98″ plasma screen, repeater screens, video camera/audio bar for 4K streaming, comprehensive audio package with one complimentary microphone, ClickShare/HDMI connectivity, multifunctional LED wall lighting with touchpad controls, and on-site technical support.

Standard daytime hire runs 9am-5pm, with evening hire available 6pm-11pm. The venue can accommodate events running until 11pm for dinner events. Garden spaces (if used for pre-dinner drinks) must be vacated by 9pm as they are owned by The Crown Estate.

External catering is not permitted - all food must be provided by Company of Cooks. For garden spaces, fairground rides and inflatables are prohibited, but garden games like giant Jenga are allowed. The venue requires approval from The Crown Estate for any garden use, which is typically a quick process.

Room hire includes the space, stage, lectern with microphone, projector, built-in audio, and self-service cloakroom. Additional costs include extra microphones (£75 + VAT), technical staffing beyond complimentary support, manned cloakroom (£500 + VAT), and hybrid conference equipment (from £3,000 + VAT).

The venue offers provisional holds while clients consider options and can be flexible to adjust proposals for needs and budget.
